Inside KPC’s Knowledge Hub: A Legacy of Learning and Innovation

Founded in 1985, the Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) Library has grown into a vital knowledge hub supporting Kenya’s energy sector. Housing over 45,000 specialized resources, including equipment manuals, technical reports, industry standards, and reference books, the library serves as a critical repository of the company’s operational history and technical expertise.

Empowering Excellence through Information

Initially created to serve KPC staff, the library expanded its mandate in 2021 to support the Morendat Institute of Oil and Gas–NP, with branches located in Mombasa, Naivasha, and Eldoret.  The libraries play an active role in advancing training, research, and professional development across the oil and gas industry. Its extensive collection continues to empower engineers, researchers, and trainees with the information needed to drive innovation and uphold industry standards.

Anytime, Anywhere: KPC Library Delivers Seamless Access to Knowledge

The KPC Library is redefining access to information in the oil and gas sector. Far beyond a traditional library, it offers users round-the-clock access to high-quality, industry-relevant content, whether on-site or remotely.
